Royal Air Force Air Cadets

Battle Of Britain Service 2017

24 Sep 2017

On the 17th September 2017 Cadets from 2028 Squadron, accompanied by others from 84 and 1368 Squadrons, attended a Service at Leamington Parish Church to remember the Battle of Britain. Every year for many years Cadets from the RAF Air Cadets have provided the RAF representation at the Service which has historically been held at the Town Memorial.

However this year it was held in the Church and was attended by Veterans and BL Standards with the RAFA Standard being carried by a Cadet from 1368. Banners from all three Cadet Squadrons were also paraded into the Church.

NOTE - The RAFAC are there whenever they are needed and are proud to represent the parent Force, the Royal Air Force.
